1/31/09 Heater doesn’t work & Smoke still coming From the Air Vents

2/6/09 Heater not working, Smoke Smell Still coming from the Air Vents & Cockroaches still present

2/20/09 Heater not working, Smoke Smell Still Come From the Air Vents & Cockroaches still present
